I understand completely and I agree with what you are saying.

DC Talk in my opinion is one of the greatest bands in the Christian Era. There was an interview I listened to where the rolling stones interviewed Micheal Tait, during the interview they asked "Are you guys crossing over?" He said no, that is was just a rumor. they were going to sign with Virgin records, however they ere still going to stay with forefront. At a dc Talk concert they are very sincere with their faith and they preach the word.

MXPX and Sixpence however in my opinion just kind of saw the opportunity and dove into the limelight. Sixpence hasnt put out a totally Christian song in a long time, and MXPX do not even minister at their concerts. They sing and have a good time.

I see what you mean and I agree. Christian music should not conform to everything, however they do need to adjust with the times and put out some controversial songs that deal with some issues.
The tragedy of life is not found in failure but complacency. Not in you doing too much, but doing too little. Not in you living above your means, but below your capacity. Never failure but low aim, is life greatest tragedy.
