1. I really, really, REALLY hope that after McMahon loses, she permanently shelves her political aspirations so the WWE can dump this family friendly horseshit and regain some of their edginess again. It is painfull to watch TNA halfass their way to being hardcore via a handfull of bloody matches and Ken Anderson overusing the word "asshole" on television vs. the WWF's Attitude era during which they were able to retain an edge while not appearing like they were forcing everything. You have to believe that Vince watches TNA's poor efforts at pushing the envelope and think "Oh, if only I could open the floodgates and show once again just how far the envelope can be pushed."

2. I have some issues with Joe Miller. I question his integrity and I question his reliability. The problem is, there's a big difference between 'question' and 'don't believe in.' Murkowski proved she cannot be trusted, I guess now it's Miller Time.

3. I like Rand Paul and hope he wins. The last 2 years (hell, further back than that) have demonstrated that the government doesn't give a shit what the voters think after the election. It's become a government by the government, for the government, and of the government in which the people are essentially worthless aside from casting their little votes. Considering that and presuming that won't change, regardless of who's in power, we may as well at least slash the debt. You slash the debt by slashing spending, not by jacking taxes and creating new laws directed towards fleecing the nation. I also have completely bought into the idea of pulling our troops out of the world and bringing them back home. Station a running phalanx of soldiers along the US/Mexico border let Afghanistan, Iraq, and the rest of our police states burn, thrive, die, construct, whatever. It doesn't matter to me and I'm more than a little tired of tax dollars being used to subsidise nation building outside our borders. There's no profit in it. Furthermore, enough with both the increase of federal business regulations and the bailouts. The Fannie/Freddie fiasco is a bit different as the feds technically took financial responsibility for them years ago, but AIG, GM, the banks, essentially all the rest, screw 'em. If you cannot survive, then die already.

If you kill me it's self defense
And if I kill ya' then I call it vengeance
Spit in your eye I will defy
You'll be afraid when I call out your name
